Booking inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we store the vehicle details, requested services, your name, contact details, preferred time and notes so HAS Autos can respond and manage the request.

A notification is sent to our Yahoo mailbox. Your inquiry remains safely stored in the admin panel even if that email notification cannot be delivered.

Retention

Personal inquiry fields are automatically removed after 12 months. Security and operational audit records are removed after 30 days.

Analytics

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load only after you accept optional analytics. You can reject them and still use every booking and contact feature.
